NOAA Coral Reef Conservation Program
This website belonging to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is an excellent resource for learning more about coral, what threatens it, and the efforts being made to restore coral reef environments. It also has a beautiful image gallery as well a collection of downloadable infographics for sharing.

Saving the World’s Coral Reefs
The Coral Reef Alliance that produces this website is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving the world’s coral reefs. They have a wonderful Coral Reefs 101 education section as well as a newsletter you can subscribe to and a photo contest you can enter.

Skincare Chemicals and Coral Reefs
Common chemicals used in thousands of products to protect against harmful effects of ultraviolet light threaten corals and other marine life.
This is another resource from NOAA, and one that gets very little attention considering how important it is. Learn more about how the chemicals in sunscreens affect marine life and the better non-toxic options there are to protect your skin from the sun.
